Turkish Channel Packages:
The contents of the channel packages may vary, and we may add or remove channels without notice.

Warranty:
We offer 1 year warranty on MAG250. It means that if your box stops working because of a defect in the hardware, we will repair it or swap it free of charge. However, damage caused by power spikes, heat, wrong handling at your place, and spilled liquids and similar are not covered.
To be able to view this service at a satisfactory level you need a minimum 2mb internet speed.

Delivery:
If you order a starter kit, we will ship the physical set top box to you by mail as soon as possible. When we ship the box to you, we will send you an e-mail to let you know.

Return policy:
If you are not satisfied with our service, you may return your set top box to us within one week of its arrival and get a full refund. You will have to cover the shipping expenses yourself.

Subscription fees cannot be returned.
